I regularly go to EB at Singleton even though Maitland or Gledale are closer to where i live because the staff in this shop are excellent. Always very friendly, beyond helpful. The absolute best customer service i have ever experienced.
Best game store ever and the staff are amazing especially monique and they definitely have plenty of knowledge in gaming of all sorts.
