Went in to buy some tech equipment, was shown the location by the assistant and told to take the ticket up to him at the counter if we wished to buy. There were several choices, all with 'on special ' dockets attached. We chose what we wanted and went back to the counter to get the item only to be told there were none in stock and "someone ' should have removed the signs. Now there were at least 4 signs advertising the goods, but none in stock? Surprisingly they did have another brand available, but at considerably more! Wonder how many people just bought the more expensive item rather than look elsewhere. Not the first time we have struck this at Big W.

This store needs to pick it up with customer service and pricing they are expensive and the store closes way too early its a joke... Biggest problem is trading hours even on a thursday they close too early...

Service was slow and unenthusiastic. The items I had ordered were not packed. Had to wait 15 minutes for this to occur. I only use this Big W store if my closer store doesn't have the stock I need. The aforementioned reason being why I shy away from Singleton Big W. Poor service at the "Service" desk!

Its obvious they price gouge, but so do coles. Woolies needs to pick up its pace in relation to known peak periods and only two checkouts open. Hard to social distace when checkout lines are so long and blocking aisles at front end. Really need to step it up a notch.
