Brought a car last week using the click and collect service. Was so easy to use the two guys I dealt with couldnt have been more helpful. Ross was so helpful to explain the process fully under the guidelines and on setting up the purchase. Dan Williams then at the swansea branch was so informative and gave me so much detail regarding the car and pick up, is was easy to just go down without a worry about the process. Love the car too! Took my up! for an Mot and service this morning. Staff polite and efficient. Covid meant no coffee and Welsh cakes as usual. Plus car couldn't be washed and vacuumed which was a shame and I did have to wait three hours for the work to be completed. However not the fault of staff who are always first class
Fantastic customer service and a great product too. You get treated as an individual and feel like your part of the always increasing Volkswagen club. Many long term repeat loyal customers there during my visits with photos of happy customers collecting their shiny new cars.
