Let me start by saying that the selection of bicycles is really good, so I was motivated to buy or rent a bike there. Unfortunately, the service is a total disaster. I was left waiting in the shop for more than 10 minutes. The shop owner disappeared and never came back. Also, I was astonished about the lack of transparency on pricing which seems to be ad hoc.
