After my website 'disappeared', I contacted Hosting Yorkshire to see if they could help. Jonah was able to find out what had happened and amazingly rescued my website - I can't explain how happy I was to see Eva-Mae Jewellery online again! Communication was excellent throughout as I was constantly kept up to date and as I'm not very technically minded Jonah managed to explain exactly what was happening throughout the whole process and answered all my random questions! I would highly recommend Hosting Yorkshire and I'm very pleased that they are now hosting my website. Thanks again Jonah for all your help. ***EDITED NOVEMBER 2019*** As I can't seem to find a way on google to write a second review, I thought I would add to my original... When deciding it was time for a new website design for my business, I did not hesitate to ask Jonah to do this for me and I'm so glad I did as I LOVE IT! Throughout the whole process Jonah listened to my ideas and interpreted them brilliantly. All my random questions and emails were responded to quickly and everything was explained step by step (which for me, who is not amazingly technically minded, this was amazing!) I then looked at their prices and realised they were very transparent with their costs and packages. Compared to other companies, they are very good value for money and competitive. Jonah offers a very friendly, professional, and very encouraging service, offers valuable advice and he has kept me informed at every step. He is patient and will answer anything in a timely fashion. I first contacted York Creative Web Design on the recommendation of a business colleague after expressing anger and disgust over the cavalier treatment I received from another web site provider. What a contrast! Not only are the fees competitive in comparison but even more important is the quality of service I have received. I have been so satisfied with the hosting of my business web site that I have also turned to this company to host a blog I am writing. Unused to the format of the blog, I have had to ask numerous questions which have required time consuming answers They have been quickly and competently answered and I feel that I can always go back with further questions. I really cannot recommend this company too highly.
