Been going hear for several years and the staff are all professional in their attitude nothing is to much trouble and all my repairs and servicing of equipment has been done to a good standard recommend

Very bad experience with this company. I waste 2h of my time and fuel. I call them twice to make sure they can fix my machine, travel from Coventry just to find out they can't.
Just like to thank Simms for brilliant service lawnmower arrived promptly there after sales service was brilliant the charger was damaged in transit these things happen told them about it and sent another one brilliant
Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was so rude and snobby for starters. I took my sthil hedge cutter into there needing a new handle. The guy serving said it would be 45 or there abouts with the vat. Came back about a week later to a price tag of 150 for extra parts that I didn’t want nor did I need when I asked why didn’t I get a call to let me know they was putting the parts on the guy very rudely said well they needed them so we did it anyway. Then they demanded I pay the 150 I very reluctantly paid it but was not happy. I contacted the police to be told it’s a civil matter and there’s nothing they could do. Very disappointed and let down from sims will not be using again.
