I will not say much other than, if you’re in the area and want to be delighted beyond all expectation in a beautiful setting with above-and-beyond, attentive service, go to Hickory Bistro. And then go again. Bring your family and your friends, because this place is the gift that keeps on giving. Worth every penny, every time.

Incredible. Erik and his team have made an atmosphere and menu that I will remember for years to come. I plan to travel to Simrishamn often in the future and I will make sure to visit this wonderful restaurant every time I return. The Venison was divine, the hospitality impeccable, and the ambiance has been imprinted in my memory. My only wish would be that my vocabulary could properly convey my appreciation for this kind of experience. Thank you, Hickory's Bistro. I am forever grateful.
Nice atmosphere, good eats. What more can one ask for on a Saturday morning. Their own beer wasn't bad either.
Wonderful place, wonderful food, funny and caring staff. Make sure you give tips, even though it's not customary in Sweden, they deserve it. Got cold and asked for a blanket, within seconds got blankets heating and a tiny torch light on the table. You really felt welcome. Try the risotto!
We were waiting for quite a while before waiters even said Hi! to us, it was full so we just left. Our experience even didn't started
Food was decent, although everything was very heavy and fatty, and extremely salty. With summer and so many fresh fruits and vegetables, it’s a shame to see bacon , pork, ham be the star of every dish and very little fresh green fare.
