I'd give this place a big fat 0 stars if I could. Spoke with Chad, signed my teenager up, paid him 505, came to the first tournament, paid another 95, my son played 1 game, sat the bench the rest of the day. Came back the second day, my kid sat the bench through another game, which they lost. Chad ripped those poor kids a new one, IN FRONT of the parents and other coaches. We decided the team wasn't a good fit. I texted Chad, let him know we would not be at the second game, team wasn't a good fit. I confirmed with him (via text, which I still have) that he would refund my money once I returned everything. Well I returned everything (except the cleats because I understand those are now used and I didn't mind paying for them, to be fair. And everything else was new because my son played 1 game), disputed the charge on my card, texted him and let him know I'd remove the dispute once I received the refund, to which he replied 'ok'. Still haven't been refunded and the dispute was lifted, which means he denied that I returned everything. He has since blocked my number. I have NEVER in my life EVER dealt with ANYONE who speaks to young men the way that this 'coach' did. I have also NEVER met ANYONE who would take 505, get all of the merchandise back, and then NOT refund money, despite having an agreement. I was warned about this guy, but never expected to robbed. You've not seen the end of me, Chad. I would be ashamed to be your wife and I feel sorry for your kids!
The Coaches can be rough but are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to training your child. They are always attentive and seeking to push my son to be the best he can be. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Elite to anyone who has a child interested in developing their talent for baseball or softball. They are to the point and always straight up with you about where your child is and how far they can go.
Great summer camp. My son is enjoying the coaching staff as well as being pushed to do better by the older kids
