The owner/manager of Simpson Camp Retreats is doing a good job of turning this building into accommodations for visitors. It is a work in progress. Anyone that is handy can earn a free nights stay in exchange for work done, a great way to lend a helping hand and enjoy the surrounding areas for recreation and entertainment. It is still a bit of a diamond in the rough. The room my family stayed in was welcoming and didn't lack for much of anything.

We traveled up to SK from the state's on a hunting trip and Simpson camp was the perfect place for us. Leroy has the place set up nice.
Place was nice. Only things i would change is the mattresses and a bigger shower. The beds were to soft no support and the shower was to cramped. The employees were excellent. We had a good time there,overall.
I booked Camp Simpson for a bachelor party. We had all the space we could ask for and more. Noise was never an issue, and Our host ensured we were as content as we could be. He was provided us great flexibility on check in and check out. The gym and the theatre were a great place to spend the evening and unwind after a long day. Camp Simpson was an absolute blast, and a perfect venue to accommodate our big group. It is truly a hidden gem of the prairies, and we will certainly be back.
Great place to go, nice and quite with lots of space to feel comfortable. Has a big theater to enjoy movies, games, etc. Great outdoor space to enjoy different activities. There is also an inside gym you can use for inside activities, and you will also find a multi-purpose room for the enjoyment of activities. Being there with family to experience the fun was great and you will never get bored of it!
Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Check out/in went very smoothly. Kitchen had plenty of supplies. Bathroom stalls and showers are a little tight if your a big peson or have a disability. I would recommend this place if your in the area.
Simpson Camp is a very quiet and relaxing place. The atmosphere is very serene and the suites are comfortable.Excellent place, full kitchen and very clean bathroom, wifi & tv. reasonable rates.Simpson Camp embraces individuals who have a passion for cottage life in a perfect rural environment, with countless indoor and outdoor capabilities. You definitely can loose yourself here in this surreal environment. It's worth it!!! Had lots of fun. Definitely will go back and recommended if you are looking for a quite getaway.
We enjoyed our friends get together weekend at this facility. Great gym and movie theatre for our use which entertained the kids all weekend. We had lots of space for four families with two large kitchens, spacious rooms with large TVs in each room. Owner was very accommodating for our requests. Definitely recommend this facility. It is also a very quick drive to Manitou Beach/Spa as well as Watrous golf course.
