I ordered samples for my project from Simply Plastics, these arrived within a couple of days. I placed an order made up of large single sheets and a variety of other sizes, all of which were cut exactly to the dimensions requested, so making my job so much easier. With the range available, colour, thickness and choice of finishes we were able to create the affect we were looking for. Their customer services are extremely helpful, there prices are very competitive and I would recommend Simply Plastics to anyone with even the smallest of orders. We will be using their services again soon.

Mirror supplied with no fitting instructions but requires specialist adhesive to avoid distortion. (see picture). Advice on fitting is on their website, so if you do order with them, check here first as they won't tell you to do this when ordering the product, nor will they send any information with the product. Contacted customer service, who were very quick to respond but wouldn't accept that send fitting instructions with the product would be a good idea and accepted no responsibility at all. After requesting a escalation and 2 months of continually chasing ended with this response ... 'Thank you for coming back to us. Unfortunately, as this process was not followed, and the process can be found quite clearly on our website under the product details section, we wouldn’t be able to help with this panel I’m afraid as the process was not followed. What I can do is offer a slight discount on a new panel though.' Extremely disappointing response from what seems to be a good company that just seem to completely missed the point of feedback, goodwill and customer service. I have sucked up the 120 loss and ordered a replacement for my daughter's bedroom with a competitor.
This is not the first order from Simply Plastics and once again, everything was 5 stars. Accuracy of the order, quality of the perspex, packaging, but most of all, outstanding customer service. They have been of their word by matching an offer from a competitor on this occasion, but in any previous order their prices have always been very competitive, with extra quality of materials and accuracy.
Have ordered two items from here - one a fairly standard glass replacement and the other an unusually sized perspex sheet with polished edges. The website makes ordering very easy. In both cases the items arrived within a few days, both exactly as ordered. Very pleased with the service - but perspex does not come cheap!
Absolutely brilliant company. Andrew dealt with our order for two kitchen splash backs in 3mm colour acrylic, in a very friendly professional manner. Would definitely use again - very happy customer - thank you.
