This gym is the best in the bedfordshire area by far. So much equipment and everything is very clean. The staff and trainers are kind and are always up for a chat or happy to help. The womens area is good for people like me who aren't as confident as others to train in the main gym, which I love. It's a great idea that should be in more gyms!

It's the best gym in Bedford by a mile! There's a great selection of classes and i can highly recommend Emma's Body Tone and Combat classes. Emma is a great instructor and will put you at ease. No matter what your ability shape or size you will be made to feel welcome and get great support and encouragement to achieve your goals Also fab is Ranj's Fat Burn but I warn you it ain't for the faint hearted
Nice studio, friendly instructors, staff and members. Main gym looks like a warehouse but there's a smaller, ladies only gym which looks good.
I've been going to this gym for a while now and have preferred it over my previous gyms I've been too. It's so spacious and they have plenty of different types of equipment for you to us. Today has been my first day back since they opened during covid, and I can honestly say I'm very impressed with how they have spaced things out. They've also placed cleaning sprays around the whole building for you to use and they have got hand gel stations aswel.
