Thanks so much for all your help and guidance through out whole renovation, which was daunting for us. The new kitchen looks fantastic finished of with the amazing bi fold doors which had completely opened up our living area. Very much recommended, we have several friends doing similar work who will be coming to you.

This company was a real find. Colonial windows are so hard to find now and the price is just astronomical, but the difference they have made to our sandstone house project is breathtaking. Not only are they beautiful but were at least half the price we were quoted by others. Really worth the effort, cannot recommend them more.
Highly recommended, delivery of our fabulous new doors was within 4 days of ordering them. Extremely helpful and professional staff answered all our questions and made the whole process easy and stress free. The doors look amazing and far less than we were quoted elsewhere.
Door arrived without the screws to assemble. They took 2 follow up calls to send these. Door handle pre drilled holes were wrong. Instructions were not easy to read even though we had an experienced builder installing it ( and had to call for the instructions to be emailed to us) It's in now, looks OK, but would not buy again. Whole process was a ball up.
Highly recommended. We do not normally leave reviews but Jay and Gary from Hawkesbury Kitchens were fantastic to deal with and left no doubt about the right choice for our large renovation. On top of which as part of simply home improvements they installed our bifold servery windows and sliding doors at a reduced price. We will post more pictures when the work is complete, it looks fantastic.
I am so happy with your service. The 5 bi-fold doors are beautifully crafted with the best materials and the fittings are of high quality. Delivery was a breeze. Very happy customer.
My experience with this company has been horrendous. Firstly the door supplied was incorrectly boxed which resulted in it opening the incorrect way, it was also missing multiple parts for the handle. It took 3 attempts over 2 months before they finally sent the correct parts for the handle and the replacement door did not arrive for 3 months despite being promised it would be ready in 1. To top this off I needed to pay to have the incorrect door uninstalled and the correct door re-installed because of their inability to correctly package their products. The people I dealt with were polite however next to no action was taken to expedite the process or assist in any way. Overall it’s been hugely disappointing.
Best in the business. We called at 3:30pm and Nikki helped me and gave me fresh ideas for my door leading to the backyard. Nikki and the team even accommodated for me at 3:50pm and getting my door sent to me the following morning. That is the best customer service I have seen ever in my life. I will recommend anyone and everyone to use simply doors and windows. Nikki and the team have made our day in supplying us these beautiful colonials french bifold doors. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!!!!!!!......
