This was the first time I had ordered with the Simply Cake Company. The website was easy to use and the service was very efficient. I ordered some brownies for my brother’s birthday. I received some delicious brownies from a client and recently bought some for a client to cheer them up after a rubbish year. When I first looked on the site nearly everything was out of stock but checked again early evening & most items back in stock as their site stated. Sent an original mix box to my son as a birthday gift. Arrived on the correct day & they went down a treat. Very easy to order & was notified on receipt of order & again when they had been despatched. A very happy customer & I would definitely use this company again (might have to order some for myself)
Ordered the millionaire shortbread as an anniversary gift for my husband. The smell when the box arrived and I opened the outer packing was amazing! Good sized slices, absolutely delicious and he didn’t know they were gluten free as I’m the coeliac! He wasn’t as pleased when I told him I could share . Will definitely be ordering again. Fantastic from ordering, delivery and value for money. Wonderful find! X
Simply Cake did a fabulous job with my brother's birthday brownies! They looked great, arrived on time and, I'm told, they tasted amazing! I also highly appreciated the fast and helpful response form Charley, when I made a mistake on the original order. Excellent service and an excellent product. I'd definitely buy form them again.
