Josie despite being poked in the eye by one of her children and post resultant trip to A and E baked a most scrumptious salted caramel birthday cake for me to present to my wife whilst we were in Falmouth on holiday. She was helpful and communicative and I can not recommend her baking and decoration skills highly enough. GREAT CAKE !!

Josie made us the most AMAZING wedding cake ever! Usually I would say wedding cakes don’t taste nice but the Eton mess sponge was out of this world. Designed exactly how I wanted it. We also had macaroons done up which are my favourite and they were perfect. Everyone commented on how lovely it all was. Thank you so much Josie!
really pleased with my birthday cake order from Josie. She was quick to respond and able to create it in a short window of time. Also very accommodating to how I could collect the cake, very lovely to meet her! Everyone greatly enjoyed the cake at the camping celebration. It actually tasted equally as good on the second day, despite merely being kept in a cool bag! ha!
So easy to work with. They offered flavour and design suggestions, delivered at our convenience and the cupcakes were delicious. I would definitely use them again.
