Shocking to say the least. Rude staff who are more interested in talking to each other instead of serving the customer would rather burn my money than give these guys it.
Brilliant service prices and customer care, helped me immensely when trying to quit smoking couldn't of done it without them !!! As for been closed there was a notice in window to let everyone know they would be closed for one week from good Friday, always helpful when I go in which is most weeks.
I wish i could give them a one star. I’ll start off with the knowledge of the products... out of 10, i’ll give them a 2, i know more about their products then they do and it’s embarrassing for them when a customer is saying and asking stuff they have to GOOGLE to answer. The products themselves are massively overpriced, i saw a Tpriv in the window corn near to 70/80 when online you can pick it up for 30/40 the eliquids are overpriced a 5x10ml tin of nasty juice “19.99” anywhere else it’s 10, if you know where to look, The staff themselves are hugely rude, you can walk in and 10/10 times they will be talking with each other ignoring you or on their phones, ignoring you I will never ever return after my last experiance here. And if you’re a new vaper, young vaper, a vaper of any kind i will never ever recommend this shop. The best part is, i’ve been in vape shops around the uk, leeds, york, scarborough, hull, weymouth, poole, plenty more this is by FAR the worst. Should be shut down for another business to open.
