I was shopping for a particular shampoo , that I couldn’t locate and I came across Barb whom was extremely busy putting out stock, she stopped what she was doing to help me find what I was looking for. Wow, what a pleasant person she was. I would definitely go back for her assistance.

Good prices, huge crowds, parking horrible, typical Chrismas madness

Stocked well, just find that there are some areas where they're lacking, due to space, I'm guessing, however, seeing as it's the biggest shopping store in Simcoe and the surrounding areas, it would be nice if they stocked some of the things they don't. Nothing for maternity clothing, a very small selection of women's clothing and men's boxers. They seem to have plenty of grocery items though. I feel with the customer services, it's very hit or miss. For the most part, the customer service is actually a lot better than most Walmart's and they have some really dedicated staff, so that's always nice. :)

Was going to Simcoe on a Sunday in December with my mother for some essentials and a bite to eat. Checked the hours online, said they were open until 10pm - I assumed they were holiday hours - so we decided to eat before shopping. Got to the store around 7:45 and there was an announcement that the store would be closing in 15mins. I asked my mom if the store was open until 10, she said that's what it said online, and a guy in the next aisle over said he thought it was 10pm as well. We ran into an associate and he said "we've always closed at 8pm on Sunday" so I mentioned they should probably change their hours online. Get to the self-checkouts and Renee was very helpful (the only saving grace of the whole trip), we mentioned the hours to her as well and she said she would tell her manager. As we're leaving two customers walk into the store and an associate wearing a yellow vest (not sure which department) tells them the store is closed. The customers were nice enough about it, and just turned around to leave when someone else pointed out that the hours online say 10pm. The associate lady then says they have told head office, and that it is there responsibility to change it. Continues arguing for another 5 minutes about how "in the 14 years they have been open [they've] always closed at 8pm on Sundays". The lady was unnecessarily rude, continuing to argue with people as everyone is walking out of the store. A simple apology would've sufficed. Never going back to this Walmart if I can help it. I understand that times are stressful for customer service workers, but the attitude exhibited by this employee was absolutely uncalled for. Post Edit: I submitted an recommendation to Google for the store hours and it was changed within 48hours. If I can change the store hours, why can’t the company?

Best Walmart that I have been to!! I just moved here and any time I asked for help they would drop what their doing and put 100% focus on my needs. The store is also clean, and has a very large selection of fully stocked shelves.

They are still thoroughly cleaning the checkouts after each person uses it. I didn't use a buggy but there was a lady cleaning the buggies too. At least they are consistent.

Love this Walmart. It's a smaller one but it has all the necessities. Clean, well stocked and very friendly staff. Things are running very smoothly amid covid and they are on top of keeping everyone reminded and separated with aisles one way and clear floor markings. This one is better than others for that.
