I actually enjoy working out in here when I'm in town but I just showed up at 845am and its closed when its hours say 8am opening. You should update your Google page if you've changed your hours for a holiday

Absolutely love this place. I moved away for almost ten years and never stopped missing it. It is hard to find such a nice, clean, welcoming gym. You can be any age, fitness level etc here and feel at home.
Awesome, helpful staff. Clean facility. All the equipment I could ask for. Lockers and showering facilities available. Parking available nearby.
Went to this gym to try it out, everything was nice, then got told if I signed up for a year membership I could save money and if I didn't think I would last the year that I could cancel anytime as long as I gave a 30 day notice. So I called today thinking I could just cancel but I guess I'm binded to a contract which I wasn't even told about. Now I'm stuck paying for something I don't even use because I was tricked into it. Thanks simfit. Tricking people into contracts they can't get out of
Hey. This is a great place to go and just get your overall swoll on. Although I've never been, this would be the place to go. Great prices and deals that satisfy people's needs, along with their personal health! I could honestly see myself shredding shoulders and tri's on a tuesday evening and that's what I like most about this place! Thanks.
It's a good, small gym. They offer everything I need and have a nice atmosphere.
