The parking lot makes a good trailhead for walking the Lynn Valley Rail Trail.

Nice quiet hideaway spot. Started the Lynn Valley Trail here. Would park here again. Baseball diamond parking lot. Possibly washrooms (no sure if they are open). Bleachers. Nice spot for a picnic.

Great trail it is in the shade so a good one on hot days. So nice to get to Porr Dover and ride along the lake.

Watch a game, drink a beer or 6 nearby on the lynn valley trail access or just in the parking lot, its baseball, drinking is a neccessity. May or may not be haunted

Much better than Delhi, when you host a baseball tournament make sure the other park in Delhi has serviced Port ta let's!! Disgusting!!
