Went to get my driver's license at 8:30 am when they opened. 16 people there, all will numbers. I was number 3 in line. Only 1 booth open. All the workers were standing around having there coffee. Waited 40 minutes to no avail. Terrible service. In the non government world if you start your job at 8:30 you are expected to be at your work station ready to do your job. Clearly not the case at this government office. I left without getting what I needed done. Pathetic.
Very personable and friendly staff. They worked well past 5 p.m to complete my transactions. One of the few locations that actually provides the service their namesake speaks of. Thanks Simcoe crew for a wonderful experience.

Service Ontario, The place I got no service. All the phone numbers are busy all FN day long! There's no waiting on the phone, they just hang up on you, just to further elude any service!
