The ladies at the front are always helpful, cheerful and seem to know everyone's name. The others that work behind the scenes are all pleasant and have answered any questions I've ever had. My investment councillors know what they are doing and have guided my personal and business investments with success. Always a pleasure visiting!

All staff at Simcoe Scotiabank are very pleasant . Each and every time I've had to go into the bank
Visited the Simcoe Branch today to open a simple bank account. Arrived at 4:20 pm, bank closes at 5:30 pm. Rude teller asked if I had an appointment, unfortunately no, as I work and live out of town and was in the area on short notice. Teller informs me that they can’t accomadate me as they are too busy. I was the only person in the building? I asked if she could check as my investment advisor had sent me in to specifically deal with setting up the account. The teller then went to check with the balance of the ‘all too busy’ staff; returning moments later to state they couldn’t see me and I would have to come back next Friday. I reminded her that next Friday was Easter; she then stated it would have to be in two weeks! Really ... Well Scotiabank have a nice day! Mr. Tom O’Neil ... I’ll see you at the next Annual Shareholders Meeting; guess I failed to notify everyone that I hold a considerable amount of Scotia stock in my investment portfolio! Stock I will be selling in the near future !
