Great deals, friendly staff, clean and organized store. With pandemic i see staff disinfecthabdles, carts, cash areas. Love going here.

I’ve never been in this store. However I think it’s an absolute shame that they have a Canadian Flag that is flying at high mass. It’s ripped in half practically. I certain Loblaws can afford a new flag. And have some respect for Canada. Come on Management! I wanna see a new Flag STAT! Awesome! I gave 5 Stars Thanks Canadian Superstore for changing that hideous torn and Beat up Canadian Flag! You put the Canadian back in Canadian SuperStore!

We stocked up on staple items like dairy and vegetables. We were satisfied with the selection. The store is huge, has a Joe Fresh and a pharmacy and phone store.

Drove there from Brantford, well worth the drive. Very covid safety protocol aware, follows all the rules. Good selection of products. Some good sale prices going on. Very large store so maintaining the 6ft separation is easy. There are no arrows on the isle floors which is good since customers ignore them which makes shopping uncomfortable in other stores.

I was displeased with the customer service at my visit yesterday. Acknowledging your customers goes a long way. Greet them (\hi\ will suffice), let them know you'll be right back if you have to step away for anything, don't stop bagging groceries to read a note from your coworker then turn your back to them and let them finish up (especially when you took your time bagging all of the previous customer's stuff while cheerfully chatting with them), and a \have a good day/night\ wouldn't hurt either. I really hope my using my status card isn't the reason I didn't get the friendly service I witnessed the customer before me get. I'm giving 3 stars because even though my most recent visit was disappointing, the cashier on my visit a few weeks ago was great.
