This pharmacy has been amazing. My wife and I have developed what feels like a friendship with the head pharmacist Monica which is completely unlike any other pharmacy. No other pharmacy has treated us with the kindness, integrity and reliable service that she shows us each day. She developed a special cream for my wife’s back that has done wonders to relieve pain. She makes us feel like valued customers. Thank you Monica!!

We have used Clark's for over 20 years. For the first decade few faces seemed to change and we had a personal/professional relationship with the pharmacists. In the past 10 yeas that seems to have changed and we rarely see the same faces twice. Our doctor prescribes a medication for us that is not covered by our plan. The pharmacy with no explanation only dispenses 1/4 of the amount of medication on each refill. We are charged a dispensing fee for each individual refill making the cost of dispensing 4 times what a single dispensing would cost. Being retired this adds cost with no benefit to us, increasing the trips to the pharmacy along with those added cost.. Front staff seem friendly, again changing constantly. I shopped yesterday for a simple thermometer. The only one in stock were children's thermometers, seems like a simple article, especially during a pandemic you would see the need to check temperatures.
The team at Clark's is great. It's wonderful having the team manage prescriptions when dealing with multiple doctors, keeping an eye for conflicts. It's very convenient to be able to book tImes for injections and vaccines. The hours are great and the store is always well stocked. Monica is a great addition to the team but you can be assured whomever serves you the service is great
All the staff at Clark’s Pharmasave are always so quick to help and provide knowledgeable insight. I live in Delhi but due to a bad experience at the Delhi location, I transferred here. A couple weeks ago I was in the area so I stopped in quickly to pick up a prescription and came to realize it wasn’t fully covered by my insurance plan. It was a tough week for me and I did not have enough money on me so I told the young cashier I would have to leave my prescription and come back on payday. I was so embarrassed. She went out of her way to cheer me up and even paid for my prescription. I couldn’t believe it! Thank you again.If my memory serves me right I believe she said her name was Amanda. I have since paid it forward.
A big shout out to all the staff at Clark's Pharmasave for excellent service. A special thank you to Monica who gave me my flu shot injection. She is by far the smoothest needle giver that I have had! I hope when the covide vaccine is available that I can make get her to administer the shot. Thanks a million!
