Norview staff is wonderful and I truly believe they have saved my father's life. They are always attentive towards him and they always keep excellent communication with me (his daughter). I highly recommend Norview Lodge.

Hi. My name is Nancy. I think that this is a very good place. I have had 5 people there and really they were taken care of very well. The staff is very friendly and does there job. My experience has been with several areas there. When I had a loved one dying I sat with her for 13hrs. the staff was so very wonderfull to me. They checked on my loved one pretty well every hour and brought me meals. Like any other home you can always get a grumy person but all in all all staff are always cheerful. And if you want your loved one to have something done for them you can speak up and work with them instead of against them. Remember that they have to take care of everyone there. Nancy
I would personally prefer to give this establishment zero stars. My grandmother's husband passed away on February 1st and the staff never called her to let her know he passed away. Upon following up, they were rude and not kind to the family during our time of mourning. Super unprofessional and would not recommend. Please stay away.
