Awful. Ordered the chicken sandwich and Not only was it small enough for a 4 year old but I’m pretty sure they found the smallest chicken they had, fried it, forgot about it, reheated it in the microwave and then put it on a bun. Best way to describe the taste, will never eat here again. No wonder Chick Fil A is obliterating KFC.

Really KFC? This is the size of salad you get with the variety pack combo now? What happened to the 2 large salads/sides? Now you get 2 "individual"? What a rip off. Look at the size of the gravy. I can spit more than this container holds. Some combos you get chicken and fries with absolutely no sides or gravy, and they're 32.99? Seriously? No wonder you never look that busy when I'm over that way.
It obvious KFC is going to continue to ignore customer complaints - smaller birds cut into more pieces some pieces w breading, fat & next to no meat. Worse is the soggy breading - it used to be crusty with flavour, no it’s just disappointing. Fries soggy too. Only good tasty side was cabbage coleslaw. Store is clean, staff friendly, & quick service so one star over Delhi for that.
We had chicken a few months ago which wasn't great. I gave it a 2nd try today and it was terriable. Chicken was covered with a thick batter and hardly any chicken. We had 2 pieces that had way to many bones in it. Paying over 16.00 for 6 pieces you would think it would be tasty and fit to eat. Ended up throwing out 2 pieces. What happen to the real kentucky fried chicken we use to get.
Very friendly staff. Lightning fast. Great KFC; chicken wasn’t greasy.
I was looking forward to going to KFC. I went through the drive-through place my order and when I got it the breading tasted burnt. The salad was like two spoonfuls. I will not be coming back!

I was going to order lunch but the female employee was rushing the gentleman in front of me and then made me feel rushed as well. She seemed stressed out and this turned me off...I was hoping for better customer service from KFC. These are challenging times but customers shouldn't take the brunt of it. Friendly service with a smile is the expectation. I decided to go elsewhere.
