I’ve used Hertz rental service every time my car needs extended service repairs. The staff is always helpful and kind. The cars are so clean and fresh smelling. I highly recommend this company for car rental needs
I would give 0 stars if I could. Picked up the car in Erie pa to go to Washington DC, car broke down in DC, we were told we would get a ride to Reagan to get a replacement & that the replacement would be ready, first the guy that towed the car had no clue where we were, it was a fiasco for him to find us, then we have to take an uber because of course they didn't get us a ride, we get to Reagan & their is no rental immediately available, we sit for idk how long & have to spend money to stay another night. Horrible horrible company, I'm glad they're going bankrupt & can see why.
Logan was great! I had an incredibly bad day, and he made the rental process relatively quick and easy, and found me the best price, as well. My own car was repaired quicker than anticipated, and the return of the car was quick and easy as well. Highly recommend!
A very friendly and welcoming environment with excellent prices. I was greeted with smiles right as I walked through the door. I spoke with Logan, he went above and beyond assisting me. I will be continuing any future business with them, I highly recommend this location.
Not only does he kill it on the drums with Electric Influence. Logan happens to be a top notch manager from the Hertz location in Simcoe, ON! Awesome service, great pricing and variety of vehicles! You got yourselves a hell of a worker Hertz. He'll get there early and leave only when the job is done. 10/10
