There was a 10 min wait for an employee to get to the lineup.of 4 ladies for the changing room which took a star away however it was sanitized between customers and they had cashiers at each check out which was pleasing. The people that work here seem to always have a smile in their face though you can't see through the masks we have to wear in this climate of the covid pandemic. I can see the "smeyes" so I know they be smiling. Nothing worse then employees that are in a bad mood and I never encounter that at this location which I visit when I do laundry at bubbles

Terrible place to return when you bought anything with defect and you do not have receipt when you go back to return bought two shirts of large size a month ago i used one which was perfect in size to me but when I used second one and washed it shrunk so much that I was unable to wear it . I took it back to sale representative she knew that this item was bought from Simcoe Giant tiger but despite of it she refused to return as I could not show him the receipt so I do not recommend this store to buy clothes. Picture of both same size shirts can be seen to verify what I mentioned

First and foremost I wanna thank our frontline workers who have tirelessly put other health before their own! There are no words that express our gratitude enough.And keep with those thoughts I also want to thank a number of grocery stores,convenience stores and of course our GT Boutique (Giant Tiger) here's a group of hard-working folks that help take care of those who take care of us. IF we could all just keep our focus on keeping"our eyes on the prize" we will whip this pandemic and hopefully learn a very important thing and that is learning to care for each other. Stay safe and TAKE CARE!
