First talked to Don on the phone and he quickly quotes a price based on the height of the antenna I needed to be able to get decent internet service where we live next to a hill that makes it hard to get line of site service. When I talked to another provider - he hemmed and hawed score quoting a price- felt like he was trying to figure out how badly I wanted an antenna. But Don gave me a price which was lower and in the end was a bit lower as the machine work ended up costing him less than he thought. And when Don came for the site visit- his suggestions based on his experience and expertise was invaluable. All along he kept us informed as to when he would be there and he kept his word. Highly recommend him
