The dreaded \No Heat\ this morning from the funrace. A call to Causyns Cooling & Heating at 8:30am, had a tech here in the house within 30 minutes, diagnosed and furnace put into safe mode for the time being. 2:30 pm Tech Jason is back with the new pressure switch. All but the 95 diagnostics is covered under warranty that I had thought had expired last year. Thanks for great Service
Great staff friendly and hardworking. Did what they said they would do in the quote . Pricing was fair . My only complaint would have been their cleanliness after the job. They left behind some structures I had to deal with and didnt sweep up after cutting some of the vent holes .
Would highly recommend! Our A/C unit quit Sunday night, we called Causyn's Monday and by Wednesday morning they had come to quote us. All installations were done Thursday. Very helpful team, fast, efficient and didn't leave a mess!
Technician was fabulous. Unfortunately first time using them 4 years ago, took ten days to get part in and lots of follow up calls to keep them on top of the supplier: Part cost was 158. Second and last time using, same part, two weeks to get part in, same conversations with no follow up and cost of part more than doubled. Would not recommend to anyone who prefers to not be without heat for two weeks in the winter. Time to find a new supplier guys. Prices too high for such poor service.
