We believe our sandy soils and low ecological impact approach will impart a unique local quality to our hops and the resulting craft beers that use our harvests. Our varietals currently include: Nugget, Chinook, Sterling, Willamette, Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, Crystal, Galena, and Magnum.
