Internet service is very unreliable at my place of residence we pay for high speed yet a 10 gb update file takes 36 to 50 hours to download. The connection is inconsistent ever since we got the home hub 2000 meaning it works then it doesn't even if the lights say its fine the old 1000 worked better and that had a tendency to go out for upwards of 14 hours at a time. Another problem was we tried to switch to wireless internet but couldn't because of trees but the worker never reported that he couldn't install the dish so our modem service was canceled and we were not informed untill a day after we called about it not being on. Bell internet is very unpleasant and very infuriating when this has been a problem for nearly 15 years

Have had bell internet for about 2 weeks now and have had nothing but problems have had to call them a few times and all they say is to restart the router useless very unhappy with the internet we switched to and pay for
The overweight/blonde manager of this place is not only a (very clearly) pompous and entitled human being, she is awful in customer service. Thank goodness I didn't have to deal with her directly; but I felt so horrible for the person she wouldn't help. Instead of logging on to the computer or waddling to the back to find the product someone was asking for (that they had ordered), she basically called the customer a liar, and told them that "she knew everything that went on in the store because she is the manager". She also laughed right in the customers' face after they tried to explain what they were talking about. I cannot believe Bell would let someone so lazy and incompetent run their store. Shame on you girl, your mean and disrespectful attitude was uncalled for! That's not how you treat people, let alone your loyal and paying clientele that pay your wages!

Unless you like paying way too much for your phone, TV, and Internet, shop the other providers.
I only use Bell because they bought out Solo and I don't want to give up the deal I had with them.
