5 minutes unning\ from room to room just to take pictures, 452 paid and an appraisal with 20 K difference from other 2 reliable sources. When they were approached about the difference their answer meant to make us feel like crooks because they have \standards and ethics\. If someone has nothing else to spend money on, this \Ethical\ company is a good money collector.

Spent 20 minutes tops and priced our home at the same price as an outdated home half the size up the street which is 60grand LESS than our broker suggested.... we were told to get another appraisal because that's how dissatisfied we all are with it.
This appraisal company like most do not work for you, they work for the mortgage company(even though you pay for their service) Try getting a copy of the appraisal. They under value your property to the advantage of the mortgage company so that the investor has no risk. The whole system is flawed, what your property is worth (on the market) has nothing to do with an appraisal from this or any other \appraisal\ company.
