The service tech Tyler was very knowledgeable and was able to have the issue with our softener resolved quickly. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.
We had a softner installed a few months ago and have to say it was excellent service from them.
This is a residential area... they do not have a shipping/receiving dock but will surely improvise. No place for a truck driver to do a reset, but a nice & clean environment no doubt. They told my (Highlight Motor Group) dispatcher that if I can be there for an 8am appointment, that they will unload my 53” trailer. They were very punctual, polite, friendly & professional. I offered to help the guy using the manual pump truck, but he said that it was okay .... I had a full & heavy loaded trailer for them. Only two guys unloaded my trailer & they did it within 30 minutes... total respect for them. One of the best deliveries that I ever did.
Just had a water softener installed today By Barry’s Salt. Great job guys, professionally done, absolutely know their job. Also there delivering us the salt so we don’t have to get it anymore. Thanks Again The Butchers
