I ordered a tub and had a licensed plumber install. As soon as water was put into the tub the tub started to leak from the jet and from the drain. The plumber said the drain was not a problem he could fix it but the jet should not leak from the factory. I contacted the company and asked them if they could send someone out to look at it. They told me to put silicone around it. I told them I would but if it didn't work I want it replaced. I put silicone on it and it leaked. This time I ran it about 30 min and it started leaking from another jet. I told them I can send it back and they could send me a new one. They then made excused that it was a problem with the install ive had 3 different plumbers come look at it and they all tell me its a problem with the tub not the installation. The company will not replace or refund me. Or send someone out to fix it. Huge rip off do not deal with this company.
