They really have it together here. You walk in the lady behind the counter is very nice and helps you get the forms filled out. They send you up to the room where you need to go and you’re taken care of right away. I didn’t have to wait at all to pick up a birth certificate. I was there 10 min max. Thank you!

The place is big and very clean. The service is kind of slow, because there is only one agent serving all of the people. But in general It's good. Everything went Well. Free parking place outside of the building.

After calling these company several times and they never return your call, I call and nobody picks up the phone I thought this place was professional but I guess not. I want to give them a negative star for poor customer service.
