I was delighted to see a very modest temple organized by handful of people in Metropolitan Washington. This is more like a spiritual/social center that has a very welcoming atomsphere. They are expatriate from Afghanistan with a mission to continue the legacy of their ancient AsaMai temple in silver spring MD.

Small, yet beautiful mandir with a very knowledgeable and compassionate pandit, Sri Ram Kumar Shastri Ji. He's been a part of our local Hindu community for a long time. They are very blessed to have him at this new temple. Wishing much success for all. Highly recommend this mandir. Om Namah Shivay
Beautiful small mandir, with a knowledgeable Pujari ji! Great small hindu community! They always have a small gathering on tuesday and sunday evenings with arti and langar at the end! Would recommend to everyone to check this gem of a mandir out!
I had the pleasure of being in this Mandir couple of times, a small and conveniently located off the interstate 200 in Silver Spring Maryland between Columbia, Olney, Bethesda, Rockville, Germantown and Gaithersburg, has a very courteous and knowledgeable Pandit Ram Shastri Ji, highly recommended.
