Owner is very friendly, helpful and informative. Food is great, and better priced than your regular high street \takeaway\ (poison). Any vitamin or product you need plus more. This needs to be franchised and placed all over the country instead of a mcdonalds etc. your health and knowledge about self is priceless.

First time I went to the shop to buy some tea tree oil, a very polite lady showed me the brands and she was very helpful saying they were the exact same thing, even though one was more expensive than the other, I appreciate that a lot once I have been spending loads of money lately due to an issue in my house. The shop is really cute and has a wide variety of products - I will be definitely become a regular customer.
