Underrated free natural history museum, with an amazing collection, really worth!
This is an incredibly extensive collection of anatomic specimens, minerals, and historic scientific tools, as well as botanical specimens and a medical archive. It's got everything, everywhere, in an endlessly bewildering but fascinating tour of hallways, staircases, and connected rooms. It's a wonderful building. I didn't think this was going to be one of the more interesting things that I would see in Siena, but it was. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Entry is free but you should absolutely donate. No question.
