Highly recommend this practice! I hate going absolutely terrified... the staff were so helpful during theses difficult times ..they have hit the social distance and sanitizing off with no fault... my dentist was amazing made me feel at ease and discussed at every stage what my treatments involved.. the dental nurse was very professional and reassuring Thank you to the manager and all your team I will highly recommend bupa!

I’m nervous patient but staff seem to be friendly and try to make me laugh to put me at ease. New Reception seem nice and I noticed one reception is now a nurse . ! I saw Brent and he was really good and pain free. He got me in quick to get my filling done: Great bunch n can see the atmosphere is better than my last visit. Thanks to the staff for making my appointment less scary. Lovely lot
had a lovely warm welcome by Chloe and Alice on reception when entering the building. so nice to see a smile as soon as you walk in. The dentist and nurse i saw were so nice i am a very nervous patent but they all handled this so well constant support from the minuet i walked in. Highly recommend.
I have had treatment with Smitha now several times and it's always top notch. I am her favourite patient! Best dental experience I've had. Beth is a brilliant Dental Nurse. Paige and Eve are great on reception too. Glad I've found this Dentist, I travel an hour to get to it now as I have moved but that's not a problem at all. I've got the whole family coming here now. Thanks for having us!
Lovely friendly staff. The receptionists are cheery and helpful. I saw a new dentist who was quick, efficient and very personable. We even had a chuckle! The nurse was brilliant also. Can't fault it. Best dental experience I've had in a long time.
