When ordering for collection staff are always friendly. Food is always very well cooked and tastes fresh. Very glad there is a Japanese place in Sidcup growing up we were missing this kind of Pan Asian restaurant in the local area.

One of best Oriental flavor cuisines in south east London... Especially the sushi and gyoza is my favorite dishes...also the crispy aromatic duck and Pad Thai..yummy yummy

My God what a great accidental discovery in looking for a decent local Chinese. In this case Chinese and Japanese. We ordered delivery during lockdown so cant comment on the in house service, but the food is excellent quality and in generous portions.

I've ordered from Love Gyoza several times and found their food to be pretty good to okay. Today, I thought I would try their pad thai which I have not had from here before. I knew as soon as I opened the box that this would not be a proper pad thai: ho fun instead of thin rice noodles, \Chinese\ vegetables like baby corn, broccoli and carrot, no sign of egg or tofu. But I thought as long as it tastes okay, that stuff probably wouldn't matter. Well the fact is it tasted of nothing. It was not a pad thai, just a plain stir-fried veg noodle dish with some peanuts on top and a slice of lime. No tamarind sauce, no garlic: no flavour. I rang the restaurant as I thought maybe they had sent the wrong dish - the person checked this and said it was right (\does it have peanuts and lime?\). I told them this definitely was not a pad thai, I know what pad thai tastes like and they should know what people expect when they order a pad thai. He then told me that some restaurants put sweet chilli in the dish. I told him no, it's not sweet chilli, it is tamarind sauce, which is the whole point of a pad thai. He said \this is just how we make\ it, and when I fed back that they should not sell it as pad thai, he then proceeded to ask me how many times I had eaten pad thai and from where at which point I'm afraid I did lose my patience and hung up. It is incredibly disappointing that this restaurant takes people's money and delivers not what people want or expect. And to add to that, they were not willing to take on board feedback but rather took a \like it or lump it\ attitude. I suspect they do not have cooks that know how to make pad thai, in which case, why offer it on the menu at all? Just stick to veg ho fun. As I said, I did up until today order from here quite frequently, but this experience means I won't order again in the future.
