I stayed here for a week. The host ,Jared, was very nice and helpful. The place was immaculate in terms of cleanliness. When I say immaculate I mean 100% spotless !The accommodation is very modern and nicely furnished with all the amenities you don't usual find at other places. I look forward to staying there again during my next trip
We had the best long term stay at The Row House! If we didn't need to leave the Philippines, we'd probably still be staying there
I just had the most relaxing vacation. The owner is very accommodating and great with recommendations where to go and eat. When visiting Dumaguete, this is the recommended place for you to stay. Will definitely come back!
We stayed in this lovely 2 story house for 14 nights and would return in a heartbeat. The practicality and functionality of this property are second to none. It's the most practical house we've had the joy of staying at during our 4-month expedition of the Philippines. It was such a breath of fresh air when we opened the front door to this pristine property. Everything had its place and it was neat and spotless. The self-check-in process was easy. The hosts, Madelyn and Jared are attentive, understanding and great to communicate with. The house was cleaned 7 days into our stay without any additional cost, which we appreciated. The property has many smart home features and everything you’d need for a great stay when visiting Dumaguete and Negros Oriental. Things we loved about this property: - Solid internet connection - High-quality aircons in both bedrooms - Lovely, big smart TV - Awesome water pressure in both the kitchen and bathroom (they have a water pump) - Laptop-friendly workspace - Outside balcony/seating area for enjoying some fresh air - Lovely, quiet neighborhood
The townhouse is sparkling clean. You can see that it is well kept and maintained. Evrything I needed (amenities) were there. And the bed was so comfortable to sleep in! Best of all is you can expect great customer service from Jared! We had booked our next stay with them!
Living in this community for the second time, Jared's house decoration is very characteristic. Air conditioning is powerful, easy to enter and exit! Very good, will come to Duma again, will continue to stay at his home
