pretty cool place with a lot of potential. the thing is that now is pretty empty because there is not so much pedestrian traffic and the rent for commercial spaces is pretty high. about 1000 euros for a simple spave with one entrence, about 1600 euros for a double space with two entrences. there are bathrooms there and they are free of charge. little to none shaded spaces, so if you go there, prepare for a walk under the sun.
This is new... and I suppose it will be in time a great place to hang out, as an alternative to the old city center, especially for tourists and young people. Positive: it has a great location, a huge parking place next “door” and lots of interesting little shops and cafe houses. Negative: nothing worth mentioning Suggestions: no. Recommend this place: definitely!
