You don't get much for your money. There are no pools in the small spa area, just a very small Jacuzzi. The water's quality was poor and it had a strong chlorine smell - my eyes hurt. We didn't get access to the Himalayan sauna without paying for access into the salty water pool, even though the website and the receptionist stated that we would. All in all, it was way to expensive considering the services I got, and I went away dissapointed. If it had been cheaper, I would't complain.

We came as tourists for only 3-4 hours with the kids (13,10,8). There are 2 pools , wasn’t crowded but there was no lifeguard \u200d️. I took a massage that was super great!

Too noisy in the SPA area. Even if the under 18 people were not allowed, they were there and with the adult bracelet.The emotional shower is not working, 2 saunas out of 3 are out of order.The salt water was cold and you payed extra for this. Dirty toilets and showers. Small kids boys entered into the women toilets and showers. There is no place to serve food and you are not allowed to go out and eat. No coffee. Dirty and noisy.There is no lifeguard in the pool area

A great place for a city like Sibiu. You have lots of classes and rooms, spa center, swimming pool and recreational pool. Of course there's always room for improvement but nevertheless they try and suceed to offer a good service for the money, btw it is not on the cheap side for the average Romanian.

The place is nice but they advertise 32 degree Celsius the water and it was 28 with their own thermometer. They advertise room temperature 30 degrees and their own thermostat was set on 27.4. It was actually cold. I didn't like cold water in winter. That temp might be good in summer but not winter.
