I have made several attempts to receive my refund. Emails, chat sessions and phone communication. This issue has been outstanding for almost 4 months and they are taking advantage of the situation. I have email communications and chat sessions with my attempts to collect my refund. In addition, their attempt to have me go in circles with general and misleading responses. I also have communication of their denial for me to speak to a member of management and/or their accounting department. Paid for transportation services...each way., Cancelled due to Covid-19. Shuttle2LAX charged 5 per each cancellation and immediately 10 was taken from my account. It’s been almost 4 months and I have not received the remaining of my refunds. They are very unprofessional and I would NOT use Shuttle2LAX. Looking into my own situation, there are more website and reviews with consumers with even worse experiences than my own.

They were a hour and a half late picking us up for our flight. THE TRIP BACK WAS WORSE. After waiting at the LAX pick up area for 30 minutes and leaving two messages on their voicemail, we finally got a representative on the phone who told us they didn't have a driver for us. They left us out in cold after midnight to fin for ourselves. It took 6 minutes for Uber to pick up after I booked with them.

Horrible company. Very unprofessional. I specifically called to ask if they can pick up curbside and they told me that I have to book a private van for that. I did it because we had 7 suitcases. Upon arrival at the curbside spot as was also stated in their email confirmation, I called their dispatch.. they told me that they don't have availability and that I would need to take a bus to go to a different pick up spot for a minivan.. If I wanted to go on a bus I would just take the bus all the way home!!! They cancelled the order and they'll refund but they said it would take 30 days to get my money back. Never again.

I was a little skeptical and nervous after reading all of the bad reviews, but then I didn't have very high expectations. I scheduled super last minute, but my pickup was scheduled several hours before my flight, so I had plenty of time to improvise if something went wrong. Ultimately, I was very satisfied with their level of service and communication. They called me when my first driver, a shared ride, was on the way. They called me to update me that he was running late. Then they called to say they didn't want to make me wait so long and found me a new driver. To make up for me having to wait past my scheduled time, they gave me a personal ride instead of a shared. Ultimately, I only waited 30 minutes past my original scheduled time. My driver was really nice and I made it to the airport in plenty of time to relax before catching my flight. I was impressed by the level of customer service and communication from the dispatchers. If you're going to use these guys, definitely do so with the knowledge that you may have to wait past your scheduled pick up time. However, you should plan your pickup time to be several hours in advance of your flight just in case they can't find a driver for you. From what I have heard, you may want to shy away from them for pickups from the airport. However, for my situation, I found the value and service to be great. Thanks!

Horrible customer service! phone rep telling me there is a VAN on the way for 2 hours!!! everyone waited but no one arrive, the guy that work for them there told me she is lying to get me off the phone, after few calls they stop answering! after 2 hours they send another company van to take us with no room for all people and the language! Do yourself a favor pay few extra and go with the competition. I beg you!!!
