Ordered in error to wrong restaurant as I am from Devon and it had the same name as my local! the owner was very helpful and offered a full refund even though the food had been cooked. Excellent service

We placed our order at 7:20pm, the delivery time was 1 hour. After 1 and a half hours I tried to phone and couldn’t get an answer, I phoned 15 times and managed to get an answer at half past 10. I asked about my order and was was not rude but when I gave my address the person put the phone down so I phoned back again and they took my address and I waited nearly 10 minutes on the phone while they went to check. When they came back I was told that they are just about to prepare my order it will be with me as soon as possible, I asked if could have a rough idea and I was told no we’re not sure and then they put the phone down. It’s not been 4 hours since I ordered and the delivery still hasn’t arrived and I had already paid for it online. This place is usually really good and have been ordering from here for years but this has put me off and I will not be ordering again.

Thought I'd give this place a try as It was only down the rd and the weather was awful. Anyhow. So glad that I did! The food was absolutely stunning. Plenty to feed three of us and even the dog had the extra sausage that came with the sausage and chips meal. The rice was fluffy and the king prawns juicy and as for the curry sauce. Well. Just spot on. From the food right down to the service I was Impressed. Would definitely recommend these guys and I think I've found my new Chinese takeaway. Shall definitely be ordering again

Best Chinese in Neath...the chicken balls are big fluffy no grease....and the bar b cue sauce is amazing...
