Safe secure place. Seats that touch each other back to back are a bad idea right now but generally work. Good source of amenities, shop, toilet etc. Sometimes when inside the station the door doesn't open when a bus is directly in front of it. May need looking into but all round great.
Some of the staff have an real Poor way/not a nice way. Of helping people.
Rude staff on reception.
Trying to find the correct stop for your bus is not easy and some are in another building and there aren't any screens with information.
