I cannot thank Jenny and Wil enough for their great service, a real credit to the Company. I was feeling a little nervous about buying an e bike but Jenny's approach immediately put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Her knowledge was excellent and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. Her warmth and empathy makes her a great sales person. Will dealt with the purchase and again was excellent at his job, explaining clearly the workings of the bike, with patience and efficiency. I have already recommended you to a friend! The quality and attention to detail on the build have been incredible, and the bike really is a work of art! Oh and it rides rather well too!
