We were looking for an agency that had three things; super talented creatives, who would execute at pace. and that we truly wanted to work with hand in hand. The Curious has them in spades! The Curious had a really tough job! We were VERY short on time, but also wanted an exceptional product. To go from zero to a fully-fledged brand, website and a ton of other assets in a couple of months through the peak of COVID, but without cutting any corners? The team managed our expectations and demands beautifully. They also created a cohesive brand identity where everything was there for a reason and had been carefully thought through. Every turn of the creative was a happy reveal! We had a clear view of what we wanted at a high-level and an arguably too-clear view of what we didn't want. The Curious translated that into a visual and verbal identity that we love, that has resonated with our audience and really sets us apart in our category. We couldn't have done it without them and look forward to continuing to build the brand together.

Commissioned to provide new brand and e-commerce website for start up online food company. Project spiralled 6 months beyond launch date and cost 12K. We were happy with brand graphic design work but website was never successfully implemented due to unresolved customer interface and multi platform integration issues. Held to ransom to pay in full to obtain digital files for alternative agency to try and fix website. Had to abandon the website and start from scratch. Significant damage to brand due to delays and poor customer experience from original misfiring website. Once difficult decision made to abandon first website, new one was up and running in 2 weeks and is still running 12 months later. Refused to discuss any scale of refund for undelivered elements. We would advise you think very carefully before commissioning this company for anything other than basic graphic design and simple website.

Had a great time working with this agency. Went through a whole new website rebuild with them, and I'm incredibly happy with the results. These guys took all my requests on board, and all worries I had to start with were quickly washed away. Everyone I dealt with all had their own skill sets, were really friendly, and simply just enjoyable to work with. They always kept me in the loop throughout the whole project and explained things to me in a language I easily understood - which was a breath of fresh air. If you're after a website redesign, a new one, or anything creative - I highly recommend them.

We have used the curious for our business website for the past 6 years. In that time they have redesigned and redeveloped the site for us as well helped to put various projects in the works and then promote them. In the past couple of years they added an online shop which we have been able to use and grow successfully since. If you're looking for a cheap and rushed job then keep on looking. But if you want a website that has style as well as functionality then you've found your people.
