Avoid - dishonourable! Ordered the item from their website. Their website also advestises next business day dispatch and price matching. After hearing NOTHING I called to chase up and they said they would come back to me. They emailed to say the website price was wrong and I had to pay more money and I offerd to pay more if they would price match their competitor. • would not honur their website price as advertised and that I had paid • no next business day dispatch as advertised. • no price matching as advertised

Very poor service. Order menu covers which arrived with poor quality finish to the embossing, which we were told by the company was our own fault for the size of the design (at no point did the company advise that this would have been an issue). Quality clearly not right, sent a sample back and director told us there was nothing wrong with it. Have had to use the covers as paid alot for them, but customers have commented on the poor quality. Once they have your money they do not care. As another customer said, its best to shop around as other companies can do a better job and not rip you off. Avoid at all costs.

Super fast service. I bought these Old Fashioned glasses & am very happy with the quality. Beautifully designed sturdy & elegant glasses look like they are costlier but I got the offer price. These add a real touch of class to the dining table.
