Amazing people, I live close to the fire station and go past and see them train constantly. They are always up to date and attend so many needs of people. They are on call all the time through any emergency.

My 14 week old kitten was trapped and curled up in a tight part of my friends car engine yesterday Sunday 8/9/19 ... for 7hours!! Neighbours, including a very capable mechanic tried for more than a couple of hours to free my kitten. They are hero’s !!! I called non emergency fire department as a last resort to come rescue my kitten. They came with the cavalry without 10 mins !! My kitten was rescued within 20 mins - home and safe uninjured - purring away - amazing!!! Friends and fire service came to Snoops (my kitten) and my aid quickly and unselfishly !!!
They came out to me and my new born baby a few months ago, they were absoulutly fantastic. Talked me through everything, gave some great advice and made me feel at ease. Thank-you very much .
