When I bought a VW T5 from Salop Vans for our business I was really pleased with the purchase and customer service I received. Little did I know that this would continue throughout our ownership of the vehicle. It is always a pleasure to phone up and book to see them whatever the reason. Wherever possible they will lend us a van to use while ours is looked at and I can recommend them wholeheartedly. A nice team, friendly, professional and of course beautiful Volkswagen vans!

I bought a lovely T6 from SV in 2019 and the staff - mainly Ade were very helpful. After a few months I noticed that the paint had started to come off in areas that had been fitted by SV so I contacted them to ask for replacements. After being ignored several times by Amanda via email I eventually got a reply from Ade on Facebook who gladly agreed to replace the parts for me. A few months later I decided to sell the van and contacted SV to ask if they would be willing to sell it in my behalf which is something they said they would do when I purchased it - sadly, again I was ignored several times via the Facebook messenger service even though the messages had been read. In all I found Ade to be helpful but once the sale is done they seem to lose interest in the customer - especially Amanda who I believe is the partner of the owner which is why I would have thought she would have been more keen than anyone to ensure customer satisfaction was met to both old and new customers. Ignoring emails and messages is really not on and totally unprofessional and no, covid is not an excuse...
Could not recommend Salop Vans enough. Ade went above and beyond to help me out. The vans are extremely well presented and customer service is second to none.
